CMPS Policy - Return

1. Warranty

    Most items purchased through CMPSPRO.COM carry a limited 60 day warranty from manufacturer for product defect. Review each product page for warranty details or for warranty support, please contact a customer service representative via info@cmpspro.com or 1-773-628-7318.


    • We provide lifetime warranty on our Premium grade of LCD Screen products, provided there is no physical damage to the part.
    • LCD screens are covered for Dead on Arrival and should be tested before installation by connecting the flex cable and checking functionality. Generally warranty coverage of LCD units is for manufacturing defects only (not damage from installation, faulty device or usage) and for a period of 30 days from delivery.
    • Warranty coverage is subject to our inspection and verification of a manufacturing defect. Warranty coverage provides a same-item replacement. If warranty coverage is declined, normal Return Credits shall apply.

2. Returns

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason an item(s) is no longer needed or wanted, you will have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return all item(s), unless otherwise noted here or on the product listing. Your refund will be based on the current selling price of the item(s). We will not accept returns of certain items, including:


    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • All return items must be in new condition, unused, in original packaging, labels still attached, with no attempted installation. The protective film must be intact and not removed from glass and screens.

    The returns label is not pre-paid. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.Shipping costs are non-refundable. Free shipping offers are voided for returns and exchanges.

    We may not be applied any restocking fee. If the product is damaged but returned (for any reason), a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

    When a return is received, our Returns Department is allowed 1-3 business days for the inspection and approval period. Once the inspection is completed and has been approved, you will receive an email from our customer service representative.

3. Exchanges

    We accept exchanges within 60 days from delivery. If you received your order, but want to exchange it for another, please follow below step to coordinate an Exchange which help ensure proper handing and full credit.


    1. Please submit a return process here and select a reason: EXCHANGE – 60 Days Guarantee for your original order.
    2. Print/Write Return ID on original invoice and/or outside the box of your returned order, and send us back to return address.
    3. When a Exchange is received, our Returns Department is allowed 1-3 business days for the inspection and approval period.
    4. Once the inspection is completed and has been approved, you have two options of your exchanges:
      • We ship correct or exchange item(s) together on your next order.
      • We issue refund amount of exchange items(s) for exclusive Voucher Coupon or Reward Points into your account.
