Access to and uses of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. Please review these terms and conditions on a periodic basis, as they are subject to modification, alteration, or update at any time and at the sole discretion of CMPS Global Corp. If you do not agree to any term or condition, you should not use this site.

Credit Card Chargebacks

We will consider and investigate the validity of any and all charge-back requests that we receive from a customers’ credit card company.


Shipping

All orders for FEDEX overnight and FEDEX 2 day delivery must be placed by 3PM PST, to be shipped out the same day. Orders for USPS priority 3-5 days must be placed by 3PM PST to be shipped the same day. Orders that are placed passed 3PM will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday.  Severe weather and holidays may delay your order.

Cmpspro.com may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time.  We also reserve the right to ship items with alternate carriers as needed.


Transportation and risk of loss

In the event a package is lost, shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL) will only cover up to $100 worth of the package, or the total cost of the shipment if the price is $100 or less. ReVamp Wholesale is not responsible for lost merchandise due to carrier error, and will uphold carrier rules and regulations of the shipping method, that was selected for each order.

While lost merchandise is not a common occurrence, we do recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders exceeding $100 to ensure additional coverage for lost packages You will have the ability to select shipping insurance upon checkout.

Exchange

While Cmpspro.com defaults to issuing credit for returns, if you would like an exchange, simply note that on your return, and give us a call at (773) 427-6633 to confirm.


Taxes

Unless you are exempt, sales tax will be charged on all orders that are shipping to Illinois.

Warranty and disclaimer

Cmpspro.com will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale, use, or transit of any merchandise purchased from us. Cmpspro.com liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to test all parts that have been ordered once merchandise has been received; Cmpspro.com will not issue any store credit to an account after 30 days from the purchase date. If conditions are not met, Cmpspro.com reserves the right to refuse credit for the returning merchandise.


Price Protection

Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you'll view the latest products and pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We are unable to make a price adjustment after an order has been placed.


Return of material

Once a return is approved and received, Cmpspro.com will issue store credit in terms of reward points for the current cost of the part(s.) We do not provide financial refunds for returned merchandise.

While we are certain that our parts will work with your device, the very nature of any past, current, or future software/firmware update could result in hardware incompatibilities and/or unpredictable instabilities, either immediately or at a later date. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of functionality if such a situation occurs, nor are we obligated to replace our part with a new one, even if the root cause of the issue is directly related to our parts.
